Blue Dot Restaurant Equipment Door Locations . . .
a)  Door sections are 46" wide.
b)  On 5' x 4' units, the door has to be on the 5' wall.
c)  On 6' x 4' units, the door has to be on the 6' wall.
d)  30" and 34" wide doors available for an additional cost:
- 30" x 78":  $100.00.
- 34" x 78":  $108.50.
Blue Dot Restaurant Equipment Odd Sizes . . .
a)  Contact Inside Sales.
b)  Sizes are not to exceed those listed in the Polar-Pak price list.
Blue Dot Restaurant Equipment Heights . . .
a)  7'6" high units are standard and available under the Polar-Pak quick ship program (w/floor only).
b)  6'6" high units are available under normal Kolpak lead times.
Blue Dot Restaurant Equipment Outdoor Applications . . .
a)  Low ambient kits have to be added to refrigeration prices.
b)  Roof sealing kits are required on outdoor Polar-Pak units.
c)  Outdoor Polar-Pak units require drain lines (field provided and installed).
d)  Any special hurricane or wind load requirements requires additional engineering.

Freight & Receipt Of Summary:

Blue Dot Restaurant Equipment Upon Receipt Of Shipment . . .
a)  Examine shipment for obvious damage.
b)  Any damage found must be noted on the freight company delivery receipt and signed by both the driver and the person receiving the shipment.
c)  Notify us of the damage within 48 hours and fax or mail a copy of the delivery receipt.
Blue Dot Restaurant Equipment Concealed Damage . . .
a)  In the case of concealed damage, Kolpak must be notified within 10 days of delivery.
b)  You must retain the original packaging material from the damaged part until disposition can be made.
Blue Dot Restaurant Equipment Delivery Dates . . .
Freight carriers operate on a delivery standard, not a guarantee.  Therefore, we will not guarantee a specified delivery.  We will mark the bill of lading with an exact delivery time and date.  However, this is not a guarantee.  If you must have a guaranteed delivery date and time, there are alternate methods of shipment.  Please contact us for details and cost.
